Project: Facilitate a one-day Planning Meeting for the Board and Staff of this 25 year old community organisation. Objectives achieved Review Vision. Mission Agree on Core Values Analysis of Strengths and Opportunities Shared understanding between Board and Staff of orgnisational direction and priorities.

**Postscript**

Based on the success of this event, a follow-up half day session was conducted to clarify Goals,  agree on an Action Plan and solidify the whole-team integration.

About the Deli Women and Children's Centre

The Deli is a small and vibrant community centre with an enviable reputation for its services.

Their mission? To provide the greatest possible support to local women and families to keep them safe and informed. They do this through a warm and welcoming approach to commmunity care, information and resource sharing.
